Sermon preached by Leonard Ravenhill in the 1980's.
The outdoors have always been a place of solace for me. In the Old Testament, the wilderness is a harsh environment yet it is still a place of refuge. David found safety from his enemies, Jesus meditated on the scriptures, the Israelites experienced the power of God. I can relate to all three when I head to the mountains. It is a time to soak in the scriptures, experience God's majesty, and escape from the noise and distraction of routine.
This film is an attempt to display this experience.

In the Old Testament, God commanded Joshua and the people of Israel to set up twelve stones from the Jordan river to be a memorial of the faithfulness of God to the nation of Israel.
As God has demonstrated his faithfulness to Israel, he does so to his children today. This film has been created in remembrance of God's faithfulness to my sister Meredith and our whole family.
